It's beautiful because everything manufactured and fabricated looses it's characteristics and only the space it takes up is visible. People walking on the sidewalks seem more humble (unless the presence of their fellow accompaniments manage to pollute) and aware of the environment. Mostly because it's f-ing cold out, but also because all the marketed and stylized BS of society is temporarily masked. I think we are a teeny bit more human. We feel more human in our cars because we don't have the same control over them, either :D I <3 car-crash weather.

Oh nooooo, where did all the designer brands on the clothing disappear to? :O I'm scared! Where did the billboards get buried? What kind of car is that parked over there? How can I tell if her highlights look ugly if everyone is wearing a hat?! I spent all that time in the tanning booth and now only my degenerate boyfriend and I see it! *sobs* I must hide my impeccable manicure in these $120 gloves. Eeeek! the bottom of my cool new Pepe jeans got dirty. Mommy, Daddy, can I have a vacation to the OC! All the other cool corporate pawns are doing it! So hot!
